We ship nationwide across the U.S. from our warehouse in City of Industry, CA. Standard delivery takes 3–17 business days and is free, while Express delivery takes 2–11 business days for $19.90. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri), and those placed before 2 PM EST ship the same day. Tracking details are emailed within 48 hours of shipment. Orders over $300 may require a signature on delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered, but we can assist with filing a carrier claim. Any damaged items must be reported within 48 hours with photos.

You can request a return within 30 business days of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original condition with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase. Non-returnable items include final sale products, gift cards, and undergarments/swimwear. To start a return, email support@clothesvy.com with your order number, item(s), and reason — unapproved returns will not be accepted. One free prepaid return label is provided per order; extra shipments may incur costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Exchanges require returning the original item and placing a new order. Gift returns are eligible for store credit.
