You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

After this window, we begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast shipping — so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has moved to processing or shipped status.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation:

  • Email us at support@clothesvy.com as soon as possible.
  • Include your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
  • Our team will confirm if your order can be cancelled.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Your order cannot be cancelled if:

It has already been processed and shipped.

It is outside the 24-hour cancellation window.

In these cases, please wait for your order to arrive, then start a return using our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellation Due to Payment Issues

Orders with incomplete or failed payments will be automatically cancelled.

We will notify you by email if this happens.

Cancellation Due to Fraud Prevention

For your security, we may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or suspicious.

If your order is cancelled for this reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your order is cancelled successfully:

You will receive a full refund to your original payment method (PayPal).

Refunds are processed within 10 business days (Mon-Fri) depending on PayPal and your bank’s processing times.

Changing an Order

If you want to change your shipping address, product, or size:

Please email us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order.

If your order has already shipped, we cannot make changes — please follow our Return & Refund Policy once you receive your order.
