Q: Where do you ship?

A: CLOTHESVY ships exclusively within the United States. We partner with trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx for safe, timely delivery.

Q: What shipping options do you offer?

A: We offer Standard Shipping (FREE) and Express Shipping for faster delivery cost $19.90. Full details are on our Shipping Policy.

Q: How long will my order take?

A: We process orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Standard Shipping: 3 to 17 business days (Monday–Friday).

Express Shipping: 2 to 11 business days (Monday–Friday).

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or reach out to support@clothesvy.com

Q: Can I change my shipping address?

A: If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@clothesvy.com. We’ll do our best to update it if your order hasn’t shipped yet.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 30 business days (Monday–Friday) of delivery if items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Visit our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?

A: Please email us at support@clothesvy.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and send you a prepaid return label if eligible.

Q: Do you offer free exchanges?

In order to exchange a product:

  • Submit a return request for the original item
  • Once approved, place a new order for the replacement

Q: How do I know what size to order?

A: Please refer to our Size Guide on each product page for detailed measurements. If you’re unsure, email us — we’re happy to help you choose the right fit.

Q: Will my item look exactly like the photo?

A: We do our best to show true colors and details. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting. If you have questions, reach out anytime!

A: No, you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to view your order history, save your details, and check out faster next time.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: We process orders quickly, so please email support@clothesvy.com immediately if you need to cancel or make changes. If your order has already shipped, you can return it once you receive it.
