CLOTHESVY ships exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C.

Product Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars ($).
  • Prices shown at checkout are final — no hidden fees.
  • Applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated at checkout based on state laws.
  • Prices exclude VAT (not applicable in the U.S.).

Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Orders are packed and processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.

Delivery Terms & Carriers

We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, selecting the best carrier based on your location and chosen shipping speed.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number within 48 hours.
  • You can use this to monitor your package status at any time.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

  • We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS Standard Shipping only.
  • Express shipping is not available for these addresses.

Signature Requirements

  • Orders over $300 USD may require a signature upon delivery for security.
  • Please ensure someone is available to sign.

Delivery Issues

Undeliverable Packages

If your order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Unclaimed delivery

We will contact you to confirm the correct address. Additional shipping fees may apply for resending.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, your package may be returned. We’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment, additional charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows the package as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

CLOTHESVY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

Parcel Damage

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Inspect the contents immediately.
  2. Take clear photos of the damage and packaging.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at support@clothesvy.com, we’ll resolve it with a replacement or refund.

Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us.
  • After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing or transit and cannot be cancelled. In that case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
