Refund policy

We hope you love your linen shirts, blouses, and summer-ready styles. If you’re not completely satisfied, this policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
(For clarity: 30 days means calendar days, including weekends and holidays.)

Return Eligibility

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed

  • In original condition with all tags, labels, accessories, and packaging included

  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Return Address

Return Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • Free from stains, odors, or pet hair
  • Unaltered and unwashed
  • Packaged in original branded bags or protective wrapping

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Undergarments or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

How to Start a Return

Email support@clothesvy.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) to return
  • Reason for return

We will reply within 48 hours. If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions.
Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • One free prepaid return label is provided per order.
  • If returning items separately, you may bear additional shipping costs.
  • CLOTHESVY is not responsible for lost or damaged items if you use your own return method.

Restocking Fees

No restocking fees apply for approved returns.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • Items are not in original condition
  • Items are returned after the 30-day window (subject to our discretion)

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item
  2. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return:

  • We will notify you via email about approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Gift Returns

Items received as gifts may be returned for store credit. Once approved, you’ll receive a gift card equal to the value of the return.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received within 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or card account
  2. Contact your card issuer
  3. If unresolved, email support@clothesvy.com
